Schweiger undertook the construction of a $105M, 128,000 square foot Tier VI data center within a campus in the burgeoning Richmond, VA area. Schweiger provided design assistance, pre-construction, and “flash track” phased construction to meet the ambitious 15-month schedule. Not only was Schweiger able to incorporate numerous scope changes and navigate project challenges, we also ensured there were no disruptions to the existing data centers on the campus during construction.
