Schweiger completed a tenant improvement of existing 5,502 SF financial center in Kansas City, MO. The scope of work included selective demolition, new partition walls, new finishes. MEP work was design/build. All work was completed after hours and phased to avoid impact to the bank’s day to day work activities.
